It all started with a dream to grow cannabis and to work in the cannabis industry. I grew up in Baltimore ,MD. If anyone knows Baltimore they know it’s a pretty rough environment to grow up in, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Being arrested several times for selling weed, and growing up in Baltimore taught me a lot about life at an early age .  I’ve always had a hustle mentality, but I never was one for the small game.  I knew that I needed to do something most people aren’t willing to do and that’s leave my comfort zone. That was the best decision of my life. I moved to Colorado in 2015 and haven’t looked back.  The skills that I have and continue to develop have gotten  me 10x further than I could have imagined. Thats why I’m building this brand for the ones who didn’t listen to the critics and took the risk. We are breaking the stereo types that Cannabis users are lazy, inefficient workers. Having a Surgical Mindset means being as efficient and effective as possible. Who we become in the process is the goal. You have to learn to enjoy the journey and out work all your competitors. Be Elite at anything you do. 

We believe in quality over quantity, and operating in small and efficient batches. By starting small with limited product it allows us to scale up with the same quality. This is all hand pressed with quality assurance and all packaged and shipped by us. 

This is just the beginning. There is a lot more exciting things to come in the future.
